Bill VEH CD - JUDGMENT REPORTS Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a judgment creditor or his or her attorney, in addition to the clerk of a court or the judge of a court which has no clerk, shall forward a certified report of any judgment for damages, the rendering and nonpayment of which required the suspension of the driver's license and registration, to the Secretary of State. Illinois SB 3096 (98th) — VEH CD - JUDGMENT REPORTS

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a judgment creditor or his or her attorney, in addition to the clerk of a court or the judge of a court which has no clerk, shall forward a certified report of any judgment for damages, the rendering and nonpayment of which required the suspension of the driver's license and registration, to the Secretary of State. Effective immediately.
