Bill EPA-RULES-DOCUMENT SUBMISSION Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Authorizes the Environmental Protection Agency to adopt rules requiring the electronic submission of any information required to be submitted to the Agency pursuant to any State or federal law or regulation or any court or Illinois Pollution Control Board order. Requires those rules to specify, at a minimum, the information to be submitted electronically and the form and format of electronic submission. Illinois SB 33 (98th) — EPA-RULES-DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Authorizes the Environmental Protection Agency to adopt rules requiring the electronic submission of any information required to be submitted to the Agency pursuant to any State or federal law or regulation or any court or Illinois Pollution Control Board order. Requires those rules to specify, at a minimum, the information to be submitted electronically and the form and format of electronic submission. Effective immediately.
