Bill MUNI CLERK TRAINING ACT Amends the Municipal Clerk Training Act. Extends the provisions of the Act to deputy municipal clerks. Reduces the number of ex-officio members of the Municipal Clerk Training Institute Committee to one member (currently, 9 members). Illinois SB 3314 (98th) — MUNI CLERK TRAINING ACT

Amends the Municipal Clerk Training Act. Extends the provisions of the Act to deputy municipal clerks. Reduces the number of ex-officio members of the Municipal Clerk Training Institute Committee to one member (currently, 9 members). Provides that the ex-officio member's term may be designated by the governing board of any Illinois university or college at the request of the Executive Board of the Municipal Clerks of Illinois. Makes other changes.
