| Bill | HORSE RACING-SIMULCAST WAGER | Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides that an organization licensee shall have authority to determine and set hours of operation and days of operation for inter-track wagering under an inter-track wagering license and inter-track wagering location license and to determine wagering on simulcast programs on out-of-state races at wagering facilities at which inter-track wagering licensees and inter-track wagering location licensees who derive their licenses from the organization licensee conduct business. Further provides that non-host licensees may accept wagers on all races included as part of a simulcast program upon which wagering is permitted (rather than shall accept wagers on all races included as part of a simulcast program upon which wagering is permitted). Provides that inter-track wagering location licensees who derive their licenses from a particular organization licensee shall conduct inter-track wagering and simulcast wagering only at locations that are within 140 miles of the race track where the particular organization licensee is licensed to conduct racing (rather than only at locations which are either within 90 miles of the race track where the particular organization licensee is licensed to conduct racing or within 135 miles of that race track where the particular organization licensee is licensed to conduct racing) and deletes a distinction for such race tracks located in counties of less than 400,000.
