Bill CONSERVATION DISTRICT-DEBT Amends the Conservation District Act. Provides that a district may incur indebtedness for the purposes of paying any capital expenditure without first obtaining consent of the legal voters of the district. Illinois SB 3341 (98th) — CONSERVATION DISTRICT-DEBT

Amends the Conservation District Act.
