Bill ICC-NAT GAS COMPETITION-REPORT Amends the Public Utilities Act. Requires the Office of Retail Market Development to monitor the existing competitive condition of the retail natural gas market in Illinois. Beginning in 2015, requires the Director of the Office of Retail Market Development to submit a report, on or before October 1 of each year, to the Illinois Commerce Commission, the General Assembly, and the Governor regarding the competitive retail gas market in Illinois, barriers to retail competition for all customer classes, and proposes solutions to overcome identified barriers. Deletes language that requires the Office to gather input from all interested parties and other bureaus within the Commission for its annual report. Illinois SB 3366 (98th) — ICC-NAT GAS COMPETITION-REPORT

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Requires the Office of Retail Market Development to monitor the existing competitive condition of the retail natural gas market in Illinois.
