Bill QUICKTAKE-MCHENRY COUNTY Amends the Eminent Domain Act. Provides that quick-take proceedings may be used for a period of no longer than one year from the effective date by McHenry County for the acquisition of described property for the purpose of reconstruction of the intersection of Miller Road and Illinois Route 31. Illinois SB 3495 (98th) — QUICKTAKE-MCHENRY COUNTY

Amends the Eminent Domain Act.
