Illinois SB 56 (98th) — CIV PRO-HOMEOWNER PROTECTION

Amends the Mortgage Foreclosure Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Provides that a Section concerning homeowner protection is repealed July 1, 2023 (instead of July 1, 2013). Effective immediately.
