Illinois HB 1445 (99th) — EPA-BIOSOLIDS-DEFINITIONS

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that "pollution control waste", "sludge", and "waste" do not include exceptional quality biosolids. Defines "exceptional quality biosolids".
