Illinois HB 1516 (99th) — VEH CD-MOTOR CARRIER PENALTIES
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a willful violation of the Illinois Motor Carrier Safety Law that causes a motor vehicle accident that results in great bodily harm, permanent disability, or disfigurement to another person is a Class 3 felony.
