Bill SCH CD-CHICAGO-LSC-STUDENT MEM Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Illinois HB 3239 (99th) — SCH CD-CHICAGO-LSC-STUDENT MEM

Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. With respect to the student member of a local school council for a secondary attendance center, provides for his or her election by 10th and 11th grade students (instead of being appointed by the Chicago Board of Education after a non-binding, advisory poll of student preferences); makes related changes.
