| Bill | VEH CD-LICENSE EXP DEFERMENT | Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows civilian employees of the United States Armed Services or of the United States Department of Defense, serving outside of the State of Illinois, to secure vehicle registration up to 45 days after returning to this State. Provides that Illinois driver's license requirements shall not apply to civilian employees of the United States Armed Services or of the United States Department of Defense, serving outside of the continental United States, for a period of 120 days following their return to the continental limits of the United States. Illinois HB 3384 (99th) — VEH CD-LICENSE EXP DEFERMENT
