Bill	CRIM CD&COR-SEXUAL ORIENTATION	Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Adds to the offense of institutional vandalism infliction of damage on a church, synagogue, mosque, cemetery, mortuary, school, educational facility, community center, similar structure, or grounds adjacent to, and owned or rented by an above designated place, because of the actual or perceived sexual orientation of another person or group. Illinois HB 3930 (99th) — CRIM CD&COR-SEXUAL ORIENTATION

Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Adds to the offense of institutional vandalism infliction of damage on a church, synagogue, mosque, cemetery, mortuary, school, educational facility, community center, similar structure, or grounds adjacent to, and owned or rented by an above designated place, because of the actual or perceived sexual orientation of another person or group.
