Illinois HB 5556 (99th) — SCH CD-CHI-EDUC FACILITY PLAN
Amends the Chicago School District Article of the School Code. Provides that no later than July 1, 2016 (rather than January 1, 2016), and every 5 years thereafter, the chief executive officer of the district or his or her designee shall prepare and submit for public comment a draft revised Educational Facility Master Plan.
