Requires a licensed plumber to provide proof of completing 4 hours of continuing education to renew his or her annual license. Provides that sponsors of continuing education shall meet the criteria provided by the Board of Plumbing Examiners and the Plumbing Code advisory council. Provides that continuing education courses shall provide instruction in plumbing, which is supervised directly by an Illinois licensed plumber only. Provides qualifying criteria for plumbing instructors.
