Bill	SCH CD-PRIORITIZATION OF NEEDS	Amends the School Code. Provides that children and adolescents who are registered in the Prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services database before their 17th birthday shall be placed higher on the waiting list than adolescents who are registered on or after their 17th birthday within the same level of priority. Requires the State Board of Education and the Department of Human Services to issue an annual report detailing the number of students who have enrolled in the database broken down by age and grade level. Illinois HB 6086 (99th) — SCH CD-PRIORITIZATION OF NEEDS

Amends the School Code.
