Bill VEH CD-VETERANS' HOMES PLATES Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Illinois Veterans' Homes Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury. Illinois HB 6149 (99th) — VEH CD-VETERANS' HOMES PLATES

Amends the State Finance Act. Creates the Illinois Veterans' Homes Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury.
