Provides that nothing in the Act prohibits an employer, employment agency, or labor organization from participating in a bona fide recruiting incentive program, sponsored by a branch of the United States Armed Forces, a reserve component of the United States Armed Forces, or any National Guard or Naval Militia, where participation in the program is limited by the sponsoring branch based upon the service member's discharge status. Illinois SB 1610 (99th) — HUMAN RIGHTS-ARMED FORCES PROG
Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act.
