Bill IMPOUNDMENT-LARGE ANIMALS Amends the Animal Welfare Act. Provides for the on-site impoundment of horses and other large domesticated animals by an animal control facility in cases where the animals are being hoarded. Provides that the animal control facility may provide care for the animals at the site pursuant to a court order. Illinois SB 1735 (99th) — IMPOUNDMENT-LARGE ANIMALS

Amends the Animal Welfare Act. Provides for the on-site impoundment of horses and other large domesticated animals by an animal control facility in cases where the animals are being hoarded.
