Bill IL DENTAL PRACTICE ACT SUNSET Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal of the Illinois Dental Practice Act from January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2026. Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Moves language regarding licensing applicants from other states, temporary authorizations, and temporary permits for free dental care to provisions regarding types of dental licenses. Moves language regarding the performance of dental services by dental assistants. Makes changes in provisions regarding the Board of Dentistry, continuing education, acts constituting the practice of dentistry, the revocation or suspension of dental licenses, the revocation or suspension of dental hygienist licenses, investigations and informal conferences, disciplinary actions, recommendations for disciplinary actions, appointment of hearing officers, dental coordinators, and patient records. Illinois SB 1827 (99th) — IL DENTAL PRACTICE ACT SUNSET
