| Bill | DHS-WORK OPPORTUNTY TAX CREDIT | Amends the Department of Human Services Act. Repeals a provision that requires the Department of Human Services to: (1) collect, during the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, information regarding the number of employers that have claimed the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and the amounts claimed during this time frame, and the size of the employer claiming the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and whether the employer is a small business or a large business; (2) cooperate with the Department of Revenue, the Department of Employment Security, and other appropriate agencies of State government to gather the information required; and (3) submit a report, annually, to the Governor and the General Assembly concerning its actions under this provision. Illinois SB 1894 (99th) — DHS-WORK OPPORTUNTY TAX CREDIT
