Bill TREASURER-WARRANTS & PAYMENTS Amends the State Treasurer Act. Eliminates a provision requiring the State Treasurer to make a record of the name of the person to whom a warrant is made payable upon being presented with a warrant to be countersigned. Illinois SB 2260 (99th) — TREASURER-WARRANTS & PAYMENTS

Amends the State Treasurer Act. Eliminates a provision requiring the State Treasurer to make a record of the name of the person to whom a warrant is made payable upon being presented with a warrant to be countersigned.
