| Bill | CRIM PRO-REVERSAL REFUND | Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that if a defendant is convicted in a criminal prosecution whose conviction is reversed by a finding of factual innocence and the defendant has paid any costs, a fine, or fees in the case, a refund of those costs shall be determined by the judge and paid by the clerk of the court. Illinois SB 2885 (99th) — CRIM PRO-REVERSAL REFUND
Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963.
