Bill POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the Pollution Control Board may employ one assistant for each member and 2 assistants for the Chairman. Provides that special meetings of the Board may be called by the Chairman or by any 2 Board members, upon delivery of 48 (instead of 24) hours' written notice to the office of each member. Provides that all Board meetings shall be open to the public, and public notice of all meetings shall be given at least 48 (instead of 24) hours in advance of each meeting. Provides that 3 (instead of 4) members of the Board constitute a quorum to transact business; and the affirmative vote of 3 members is necessary to adopt any order. Makes changes concerning judicial review of final orders by the Board. Updates a Public Act reference and deletes obsolete language. Illinois SB 2950 (99th) — POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD
