Bill	Fraud prevention.	Amends the definition of "principal office" for purposes of the statutes governing business entities. Provides that if a person submits a biennial report on behalf of another person, the person submitting the biennial report must take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person for whom the submitting person is submitting the biennial report. Provides certain requirements for a person operating a commercial mail receiving agency. Indiana HB 1593 (2025) — Fraud prevention.
