Bill AN ACT relating to child protective services. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 620 to require unannounced visits to the residence or location where the reported child abuse or neglect occurred when an investigation is required and ongoing unannounced visits until the welfare of a child has been safeguarded; permit a delay in an unannounced visit; provide that this Act may be cited as the Tucker Act.
