Bill AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the department of public instruction, the state library, the school for the deaf, and the North Dakota vision services - school for the blind; to amend and reenact sections 15.10202, 15.11810, and 15.12102.6 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the salary of the superintendent of public instruction, teaching licenses, and the North Dakota scholarship; to provide for a report to the legislative assembly; to provide for a legislative management study; to provide exemptions; and to declare an emergency.
