Oregon HB 2088 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to assessment for purposes of ad valorem property taxation; and prescribing an effective date.
Authorizes city within county with population greater than 700,000 to define "area" as city in which property is located, for purposes of certain ad valorem property taxation statutes. Requires public hearing and approval by three-fifths majority of governing body of city.
