Bill Relating to the Employment Relations Board. Allows Employment Relations Board to employ and set salaries for state employees. Removes requirement that board, at discretion of executive manager, estimate in advance expenses and costs. <b>Directs board to set standards for assessment of administrative expenses and costs. Oregon HB 2262 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to the Employment Relations Board.

Allows Employment Relations Board to employ and set salaries for state employees. Removes requirement that board, at discretion of executive manager, estimate in advance expenses and costs.
