Bill Relating to mental health agencies; and declaring an emergency. Creates Mental Health Regulatory Agency. Directs Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists and State Board of Psychologist Examiners to jointly appoint Director of Mental Health Regulatory Agency to serve at direction of boards. Oregon HB 2319 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to mental health agencies; and declaring an emergency.

Creates Mental Health Regulatory Agency.
