Oregon HB 2339 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to claims for reimbursement of the cost of health care services; and declaring an emergency.

Prohibits out-of-network health care provider from balance billing patient covered by health benefit plan or health care service contract for services provided at in-network health care facility. Requires Department of Consumer and Business Services to convene advisory group to make recommendations regarding balance billing.
