Oregon HB 2388 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to pharmacy benefit managers; and declaring an emergency.

Allows Department of Consumer and Business Services to deny, revoke or suspend registration of pharmacy benefit manager if pharmacy benefit manager engages in specified conduct.
