Oregon HB 2527 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to contraceptives; and declaring an emergency.

Allows pharmacists to prescribe and administer injectable hormonal contraceptives and prescribe and dispense self-administered hormonal contraceptives. Defines "injectable hormonal contraceptive" and "self-administered hormonal contraceptive." Requires prescription drug benefit programs and prescription drug benefits offered under health benefit plans to provide coverage for pharmacist consultations.
