Bill Relating to access to individually identifiable health information; and declaring an emergency. Oregon SB 275 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to access to individually identifiable health information; and declaring an emergency.

Requires covered entity to provide copy of health information regarding individual who is appealing denial of Social Security disability benefits for period from date of alleged onset of disability to date of administrative hearing.
