Oregon SB 828 (2017 Regular Session) — Relating to employee work schedules; and declaring an emergency.
Requires large employers in specified industries to provide new employee with estimated work schedule and to provide current employee with seven days' notice of employee work schedule. Extends work schedule notice period to two weeks effective July 1, 2020. Permits large employers in specified industries to maintain list of employees for work shift coverage in certain circumstances.
