Oregon HB 2088 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to endowment care cemeteries; and declaring an emergency.

Allows Department of Consumer and Business Services to restrict or suspend operations of endowment care cemetery for specified reasons. Authorizes specified parties to petition for appointment of receiver for endowment care cemetery for specified reasons.
