Oregon HB 2998 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to the language of documents submitted to the Secretary of State for filing; and prescribing an effective date.
Specifies requirements for Secretary of State to file document in accordance with laws governing business organizations. Provides that if Secretary of State prescribes mandatory form for filing, Secretary of State must make versions of form available in at least five most commonly spoken and written languages in this state used by persons with limited proficiency in English language.
