Oregon HB 3273 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to drugs; and prescribing an effective date.

Directs each covered manufacturer of covered drugs that are sold within this state to develop and implement drug take-back program for purpose of collecting from individuals and nonbusiness entities covered drugs for disposal. Defines "covered drug" and "covered manufacturer."
