Oregon SB 320 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to standards of time.

Abolishes annual one-hour change in time from standard time to daylight saving time and maintains Oregon on daylight saving time except in portion of Oregon in Mountain Time Zone. Becomes operative at 2 a.m. on first Sunday of first November in which standard of time in California and Washington is one hour in advance of United States standard of time for California and Washington.
