Oregon SB 980 (2019 Regular Session) — Relating to the Department of Corrections.

Modifies procedures by which eligible moneys are collected from Department of Corrections inmates for payment of court-ordered financial obligations. Limits types of civil judgments defined as court-ordered financial obligations.
