Bill Relating to temporary sales licenses; and declaring an emergency. Oregon HB 2363 (2021 Regular Session) — Relating to temporary sales licenses; and declaring an emergency.

Allows certain holders of temporary event licenses to sell specified alcoholic beverages for on and off-premises consumption at more than one location on licensed premises or have up to three premises licensed under single temporary sales license and operate for up to 30 days. Applies to temporary sales licenses issued on or after January 1, 2021.
