Oregon HB 4096 (2022R1) — Relating to volunteer health care practitioners; and prescribing an effective date.
Authorizes health care practitioner authorized in another state or United States territory to practice in this state without compensation for specified number of days without obtaining licensure in this state. Defines "health care practitioner." Requires health care practitioner to submit specified information to health professional regulatory board, including proof that health care practitioner is in good standing in all jurisdictions in which health care practitioner is authorized to practice.
