Oregon SB 857 (2025R1) — Relating to reporting on violation of animal racing laws.
Provides that if a person reports a violation or potential violation of animal racing laws to the Oregon Racing Commission, the person's identity is confidential and not subject to disclosure as a public record. Provides that the reporting person may waive such confidentiality.
