Bill Driver's license AN ACT TO AMEND SECTIONS 56-1-35, 56-1-40, 56-1-140, 56-1-210, 56-1-2100, 56-1-3350, AND 56-1-2080, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE, RENEWAL, AND EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN DRIVERS' LICENSES, BEGINNERS' PERMITS, COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSES, AND SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS, THE PLACEMENT OF A VETERAN DESIGNATION ON A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, AND THE ISSUANCE OF COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSES AND COMMERCIAL DRIVER INSTRUCTION PERMITS, SO AS TO REVISE THE PERIOD IN WHICH DRIVERS' LICENSES, CERTAIN COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSES, AND COMMERCIAL DRIVER INSTRUCTION PERMITS ARE VALID, TO REVISE THE FEES TO OBTAIN DRIVER'S LICENSES, CERTAIN COMMERCIAL DRIVER LICENSES, AND SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARDS, TO REVISE THE DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES TO OBTAIN A VETERAN DESIGNATION ON A DRIVER'S LICENSE OR A SPECIAL IDENTIFICATION CARD, TO MAKE TECHNICAL CHANGES, TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON IS PERMITTED TO HAVE ONLY ONE DRIVER'S LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARD, AND TO DELETE THE PROVISION THAT PERTAINS TO THE RENEWAL OR REISSUANCE OF A COMMERCIAL DRIVER INSTRUCTION PERMIT. - ratified title us/states/sc South Carolina General Assembly 2019-2020 H 3789 South Carolina H 3789 (2019-2020)
