Bill Wine & Wineries - As enacted, increases from eight to 12 the number of wine festivals that may be held by a winery; removes requirement that servers at wine festivals hold a server permit; removes requirement that appropriate individuals at wineries hold a manager's permit. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207; Section 57-3-221 and Section 57-3-702.
