Bill Professions and Occupations - As enacted, specifies in various statutes governing licensure of professions and occupations, including health-related occupations, that administrative action against a person's license (including the denial, suspension or revocation of a license and determinations of fitness to practice) based on a criminal conviction, is subject to the applicable provisions of the Fresh Start Act. - Amends TCA Title 20; Title 62 and Title 63.
