Bill Water Pollution - As enacted, repeals the provisions of Chapter 293 of the Public Acts of 2017 that would eliminate the department of environment and conservation's concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFO) operating permit program on March 1, 2018; makes permit mandatory for certain animal feeding operations that use a liquid waste management system and optional for other animal feeding operations; and makes other revisions. - Amends TCA Title 69, Chapter 3, Part 1 and Chapter 293 of the Public Acts of 2017.
