Bill Criminal Procedure - As enacted, requires the Tennessee advisory commission on intergovernmental relations (TACIR) to study the effectiveness of statutes of limitation on prosecution for criminal offenses; requires the study to include information on sexual offense statutes of limitation and allows the study to include comparisons of Tennessee limitations to neighboring states; requires TACIR to report findings to the general assembly by January 15, 2019. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
