Bill Motor Vehicles - As enacted, allows personal vehicle operated by a transportation network company driver to display one or more removable, illuminated, interior trade dress devices in any color other than red or blue, or in any combination of colors other than red or blue, that is issued by a transportation network company and that assists passengers in identifying and communicating with transportation network company drivers. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 9, Part 4.
