Bill Charitable Institutions - As enacted, permits a nonprofit organization desiring financial assistance from a county or municipality to file, in lieu of completing and filing an annual audit, an annual report of receipts and expenditures in a form prescribed by the comptroller of the treasury; requires such report to be prepared and certified by the nonprofit's CFO; subjects such report to audit by the department of audit. - Amends TCA Section 5-9-109 and Section 6-54-111.
